Chris researched various technologies to assist in the generation of reports and charts to assist management assess progress of the RePorter project. The project requirement and workflow data is managed via the ServiceNow SDLC application. Chris investigate a variety of mechanisms to produce meaningful artifacts. Additionally, he led the effort to automate the process of producing these, by using leading edge tools and leveraging what is available on campus to come up with an innovative solutions.
